Unveiling the First Training Facility of Its Kind!
About The Training Center:
Bee Line Support is hosting a Grand Opening Party this summer for our new Medical Training Center– the first of its kind! This new training suite includes a (new!) Operating Room, Medical Exam Room, and Lavatory, which will facilitate in-depth infection control training, demonstrations, and continued learning for our medical cleaning staff and managers alike.
Event Details:
We will be serving cocktails and small bites to all attendees and will have a lineup of distinguished guest speakers, including our keynote speaker from Joint Commission Resources. Throughout the evening, we will be providing guided tours of our entire training suite- of course, including the newly unveiled Mock Operating Room!
Our Grand Opening Party will be held Thursday, June 1st, from 4-7 pm at our headquarters in Chicago.

Mary Cole
“Patient Ready is Survey Ready”
Our Keynote Speaker will be Mary Cole, a Consultant with Joint Commission Resources. Mary will be speaking about:
- Most frequently cited standards by The Joint Commission (Hospital and
Ambulatory) - Presenting examples of deficiencies
- Compliance strategies with proactive management, highlighting the IC Champion program

Larinda Becker
“Productivity for Prevention in Today’s Environment”
Larinda Becker is the Executive Director of Infection Prevention at Diversey. Larinda will be speaking about:
- Identify ways to solve today’s problems of not having enough labor or time and having a high rate of turnover.
- Assessing your needs with the resources on hand
- Understanding what can go wrong during cleaning and disinfection
- Highlight tools for validation and continuous improvement

Once all of the speakers have completed their presentations, all guests are welcome to relax and continue networking, and/or continue to tour our Medical Training Center.
More About Our Speakers
The Joint Commission – Mary Cole
Mary Cole’s experience acquired from numerous clinical settings provides the framework for her approach to utilizing standardization and evidence-based practices in the healthcare environment.
Mary has worked in infection prevention and control for greater than 25 years, most recently as the Director of Infection Prevention and Control at a large academic trauma center in Atlanta, Georgia. She has actively participated in numerous successful Joint Commission surveys.
Diversey – Larinda Becker
Larinda Becker serves as the Executive Director of Infection Prevention at Diversey.
In this role, Larinda serves as an infection prevention and control resource and industry liaison to support the development of improvement of environmental hygiene solutions and the adoption of compatible and evidence–based practices. The efforts of Larinda support the Diversey sales and marketing teams in best practice execution for creating safer and more satisfying environments.
