Bee Line was originally founded in October of 1966 as an appliance repair shop, and has grown year-over-year ever since. Starting from 10 employees to over 600 employees, we now span across the nation. We’ve set ourselves apart from our competitors through our highly specialized medical grade cleaning, impeccable customer service, and an intense focus on hiring and training the best of the best.
Headquartered in the vibrant Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, we are proud to immersed in the community, and different from any cleaning company you’ve met before. Jamie Henry
CEO & Fearless Leader
Jamie established Bee Line in 1997 and hasn't looked back since! She is originally from Chicago, but lived in Florida for 10 years, and claims that she is a "displaced New Yorker" despite never living there. In her free time, you can find Jamie walking her pup, Moose, around the city, and learning new hobbies, like learning to golf and piloting planes! Her favorite part of leading Bee Line is working with her team to grow the company and cultivate a positive and thriving culture.
Jamie won a 19th Annual Enterprising Women of the Year Award, one of the most prestigious recognition programs for women business owners in the U.S. and globally!
Julio Alvarez
Client Success Manager
Julio is a true veteran to the industry, rising through the ranks of the cleaning business and finding a home at Bee Line since 2007. When he's not busy expertly leading his troops, you can find Julio playing soccer and spending time with his wife, 3 adorable boys, and a goldfish named Flipper! He has a soft spot in his heart for stuffed pizza with salad, and is a Cubs fan through and through. His favorite part of working at Bee Line is the strong teamwork.
Nancy Hernandez
Chief Happiness Officer
Nancy is the heart and soul of the Bee Line team, acting as the HR Director and morale captain on a daily basis. Outside of work, you can find Nancy crocheting, knitting, scrapbooking and spending time with her hubby and two children. If you want to make her day, bring her some quality tacos and a dessert of tres leches! Her favorite part of working with Bee Line is the peers, teamwork, growth opportunities, and continuous learning each and every day.
Jay Stuart
VP of Operations
Jay is our strategic VP of Operations, bringing his extensive experience and a keen eye for efficiency and innovation to Bee Line. When he’s not leading our teams to new heights, you can find Jay spending time with his family. They love spending time outdoors and staying active, especially running 5ks, 10ks, and half marathons. Jay is a loyal and dedicated fan of the Chicago Cubs, cheering them on through every game. In this role, Jay looks forward to being part of a team with great culture and can’t wait to see what’s in store for Bee Line’s future!
Tom Klimaszewski
Your Safety and Sanitation Guru
Tom is your go-to-guy for any health and safety concerns on-site! Tom has lots of experience as a Safety and Compliance Manager in commercial cleaning, healthcare, office, airport settings, with his education in Environmental Studies. He has earned his Certificate Mastery in Infection Prevention (CMIP) and Trainer for Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician (T-CSCT), so to say he's knowledgeable would be an understatement. When he's not combatting germs, you can find Tom painting, writing songs, hiking, fishing, and belting out his favorite tunes at karaoke! His favorite part of working with Bee Line is the collaborative and supportive environment.
Jesse Parra
Operations Strategic Manager
It's hard to find a more reliable manager than Jesse. When it comes to your needs, concerns, and questions, you can count on Jesse to help you out. Jesse is a native to Chicago and is a proud pet parent to his chihuahua named Peter. In his spare time, you can find Jesse practicing his photography skills, cheering on the Cubbies, and seeking out the best taco joints in town! His favorite aspect of working with Bee Line is the incredible teamwork, his friendly coworkers, and the many opportunities for growth.
Randall Poveda
West Regional Manager
Randall is a vital part of our Bee Line Team, and has been with us since 2006! When it comes to handling customer needs, concerns, questions, or requests, Randall is your go-to guy! When he's not overseeing his team, you can find him playing soccer, drawing, listening to salsa music, or visiting his favorite vacation spot: Ocean City. On weekends you can also find him rooting for his favorite team, the Chicago Fire! His favorite part of working for Bee Line is all of the incredible growth opportunities.
Eduardo Tellez
North Regional Manager
Eduardo is our charismatic Regional Manager overseeing the North Territory and sees to it that everyone who joins Bee Line feels welcomed. When Eduardo isn’t collaborating with clients and employees, you can find him spending time with his family and cheering on his favorite team- The 49ers! He also loves to enjoy Mexican food and music, which bring back fond memories of growing up in Mexico City. Eduardo has been with the Bee Line team since 2009 and is looking forward to continuing to grow and learn every day.
Maria Mouzon
South District Manager
Maria is our dedicated District Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of her area and fostering a supportive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered. When she's not leading her team, Maria is busy spending time with her husband, four kids and two beloved cats. Whether she’s behind the camera practicing her photography, traveling to her favorite destination—Las Vegas—or giving back to her community through volunteer work, Maria’s enthusiasm for life mirrors her commitment to Bee Line. She looks forward to growing alongside the company and helping her team reach new heights.
Jovanni Lazaro
Project Manager
Jovanni is one of Bee Line's OG's, working on our team since 2008! Between his vast experience and attention to detail, he has earned the role of Head Project Manager. From start to finish, Jovanni ensures that all projects are handled expertly and efficiently. When he calls it a day, he returns home to two beautiful daughters, and cheers on his favorite sports teams - the Bears and FC Barcelona. He is a sucker for quality tacos and is also an avid sneaker collector. His favorite part of working at Bee Line is the great work environment and the constant learning in the field.
Zack Mielcarek
Project Manager
Zack is our dedicated Project Manager who diligently oversees all hospital operations, ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standards achievable by Bee Line. Outside of Bee Line, Zack enjoys spending time with this family, especially watching and coaching his son’s baseball team. Zack’s love for music, especially the Dave Matthews Band, extends to his spare time where he DJs weddings. In this new role, Zack is looking forward to this new chapter of creating a team and watching it thrive within Bee Line.
Luz Rodriguez
HR Representative
Luz is a part of our All-Star HR team, working diligently day in and day out to help us find and hire the best of the best! In her free time, you can find Luz spending time with her daughter and cat (named Cupcake- aw!), exploring the outdoors, and taking Zumba classes. She loves a good plate of Colombian cuisine and is a huge fan of the Colombian National Soccer Team and the Chicago Bulls. Her favorite part of working at Bee Line is that it is very welcoming and is a wonderful place to learn and grow professionally and that the environment is especially friendly and inviting!
Christine Johnston
Human Resources Generalist
Christine is a master juggler of HR responsibilities, benefits, training, and support of our employees and new hires. She came to Bee Line from the sunny island of Puerto Rico, and now insists that she loves Chicago (despite its brutal winters), and spends much of her free time exploring the city with her son. Some of her favorite things include (verbatim): sparkles, the Cubbies, and Maroon 5. Her favorite part of working with Bee Line is how friendly and helpful her coworkers are. They always make sure the service we provide is above and beyond!
Meg Simon
Lead Marketing Strategist
Meg is a key member of Bee Line’s marketing dream team, helping to keep the processes, data, and growth of the company running smoothly! She moved to Chicago from her hometown of South Saint Paul, Minnesota, and loves to scour the city searching for the best new brunch spots and walking trails. She has a special place in her heart for good ice cream, as well as her home team, the Minnesota Twins. She’s excited about her new role at Bee Line and is looking forward to learning all of the ways we will be marketing, branding, and growing amidst the ever-changing landscapes.
Jake Cogan
Regional Business Executive
Jake is our driven Regional Business Executive, constantly searching for new accounts that Bee Line can take on to fuel its growth. Jake's upbringing, with a Thai and American background, has taught him the importance of family time - whether it's enjoying lots of food at a cookout or his grandma's classic Meatloaf specialty. When he's not devouring delicious meals, Jake loves playing and watching soccer - Liverpool is his team of choice. As Jake continues his journey with Bee Line, he is looking forward to working with colleagues who bring valuable industry experience to the table.
Michael Graf
Controller
Michael is our finance and accounting expert, handling a wide variety of financial duties and procedures to keep Bee Line's financials and growth in-check. When he’s not in the office, you can find Michael biking around Chicago, practicing yoga, reading (he's a big fan of Stephan King novels!), and listening to blues music. Being from Ohio, Michael enjoys cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and now that he’s living in Chicago, he’s faced with the tough decision of rooting for the Cubs or the White Sox. We asked him for a surprise skill he has, and he replied "maintaining his composure as he gets used to the Chicago traffic". Now that is impressive!
Christina Sanchez
Operations Analyst
Christina helps coordinate and oversee all of the aspects of our operations team, including contract management, answering client requests, and everything in-between. When Christina isn’t busy at the office, she’s making sure to spend time with her husband and three little boys. To make the most of her family time, Christina loves trying out new recipes, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to Mexico. Being from Illinois, she loves cheering on the Bulls, while bashing whichever team Lebron James is on. As she continues to advance with Bee Line, she’s looking forward to seeing the company grow.
Tuane Almeida
Executive Assistant
Tuane is our Executive Assistant who greets everyone as they enter the Bee Line office. She handles a wide variety of operational tasks spanning across all departments. Tuane grew up in Brazil and loves to go back home to see family and cheer on her favorite soccer team, Gremio. Outside of work Tuane enjoys taking her dog Malakhai for walks and spending time at home with her fiancé and cat Kobe. In this new role, Tuane is looking forward to supporting the different departments and contributing to their success.
Juan Aguillon
North Area Manager
Juan Aguillon is a talented and hard-working Area Managers that has been with the team since 2018. When he's not overseeing his portfolio in the North Region, he enjoys spending lots of quality time with his family, or reading a good book. Growing up in Mexico City, a lot of Juan’s favorite things relate to his heritage - his favorite place to travel is Mexico, his favorite food is Mexican cuisine, and his favorite music is Cumbia! As Juan continues his career with Bee Line, he’s looking forward to many more opportunities to grow and expand his managerial skills.
Stephan Garin
North Area Manager
Stephan is one of our dedicated North Area Managers who was swiftly promoted from within, beginning her career with Bee Line as a janitor in 2020. Today, Stephan oversees a team of janitorial employees, ensuring impeccable services and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Stephan loves playing soccer and cheering for her favorite team, Pumas UNAM! She also enjoys singing karaoke, especially if the song features her favorite singer, Luis Miguel. Stephan’s favorite aspects of working at Bee Line are meeting new employees, overcoming challenges, and the fact that no days are the same!
Miguel Ordas
North Day Area Manager
Miguel is a dynamic leader for the North Region whose expert guidance helps our day teams consistently exceed client expectations. When he’s not overseeing facilities, Miguel enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family, which includes four children and two dogs. Growing up in Mexico plays a big part in Miguel’s life, as he loves to travel back there whenever he can and cook his traditional cuisine. In addition to his culinary mastery, Miguel is also a skilled musician and can be found playing and singing along to Christian music. When asked what his favorite part is about working for Bee Line, Miguel answered, “Being able to grow within the company and challenge my skills”.
Rosa Reteguin
South Day Area Manager
Rosa is an appreciated leader on our South team, helping to expertly handle our clients' requests and to lead and onboard new team members. When on the job, Rosa can be seen assisting employees and managing facilities across the west region. Her Mexican heritage plays a huge role in her everyday life from singing along to Regional Mexican Music and eating delicious Mexican-inspired cuisine. To relax while outside of work, Rosa loves to spend time with her family and travel to the beach. Rosa has been with Bee Line since 2017 and is looking forward to completing many personal goals as she continues growing in her career with our team.
Maria Rojas
South Area Manager
Maria has been with Bee Line since 2019 and is now a dynamic leader, managing employees and clients within our South Region. With her adventurous spirit, Maria enjoys traveling, especially to her favorite place, Cancun. She loves attending concerts and dancing to her favorite singer, Marco Antonio Solís. When asked what Maria is looking forward to in the coming years, she responded, “The sky is the limit!” We can’t wait to see Maria continue to grow with Bee Line.
Michael Yaroshenko
East Area Manager
Michael Yaroshenko is our all-star East Area Manager and is a shining example of hard work on the Bee Line team! When Michael has time to kick back and relax, he enjoys spending time with his three kids and two grandchildren. He also enjoys working on cars and listening to his favorite bands- Pink Floyd and the Eagles. Michael's favorite part about his role is planning and executing brand-new start-ups.
Halina Kosmider
East Area Manager
Halina is one of our devoted Area Managers who has risen through the ranks, starting in 2015, and is now leading employees within our East Region. Outside of work, Halina loves spending time with her two kids, crafting, and tending to her flowers. Some of Halina’s favorites include 80s music, Italian food, and traveling anywhere across the ocean. In this new role, Halina hopes to fulfill several goals she has set for herself.
Jose "Transi" Salazar
West Area Manager
Jose is a committed leader in our Western Region, making sure to keep our client’s facilities looking spotless. He has been part of the team for 15 plus years, starting in 2006. During his time at Bee Line, Jose has picked up the nickname, “Transi”, and it has stuck ever since. Growing up in Mexico, Jose enjoys listening to classic Mexican Music and cheering for the American Mexican Soccer Team. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, playing soccer, or traveling to Texas. We’re appreciative of Jose’s determination and effort in his years at Bee Line and can’t wait to see what else he accomplishes.
Adam Ramirez
West Area Manager
Adam has been with Bee Line since 2017 and is a vivacious leader who helps to manage our clients within the Western Region. Adam grew up in Los Angeles, which explains why his favorite basketball team has to be the LA Rams. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his wife, two kids, and three dogs (all while enjoying some delicious Chinese food!). Adam holds a few secret talents, including public speaking and singing in front of crowds with some Karaoke! With all of this charisma, we are excited to see how Adam continues to lead and grow in his career with Bee Line.

Stephan Garin
North Area Manager
Stephan is one of our dedicated North Area Managers who was swiftly promoted from within, beginning her career with Bee Line as a janitor in 2020. Today, Stephan oversees a team of janitorial employees, ensuring impeccable services and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Stephan loves playing soccer and cheering for her favorite team, Pumas UNAM! She also enjoys singing karaoke, especially if the song features her favorite singer, Luis Miguel. Stephan’s favorite aspects of working at Bee Line are meeting new employees, overcoming challenges, and the fact that no days are the same!
Miguel Ordas
North Day Area Manager
Miguel is a dynamic leader for the North Region whose expert guidance helps our day teams consistently exceed client expectations. When he’s not overseeing facilities, Miguel enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family, which includes four children and two dogs. Growing up in Mexico plays a big part in Miguel’s life, as he loves to travel back there whenever he can and cook his traditional cuisine whenever possible. In addition to his culinary mastery, Miguel is also a skilled musician and can be found playing and singing along to Christian music. When asked what his favorite part is about working for Bee Line, Miguel answered, “Being able to grow within the company and challenge my skills”.
Jose "Transi" Salazar
West Area Manager
Jose is a committed leader in our Western Region, making sure to keep our client’s facilities looking spotless. He has been part of the team for 15 plus years, starting in 2006. During his time at Bee Line, Jose has picked up the nickname, “Transi”, and it has stuck ever since. Growing up in Mexico, Jose enjoys listening to classic Mexican Music and cheering for the American Mexican Soccer Team. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, playing soccer, or traveling to Texas. We’re appreciative of Jose’s determination and effort in his years at Bee Line and can’t wait to see what else he accomplishes.
Adam Ramirez
West Regional Manager
Adam has been with Bee Line since 2017 and is a vivacious leader who helps to manage our clients within the Western Region. Adam grew up in Los Angeles, which explains why his favorite basketball team has to be the LA Rams. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his wife, two kids, and three dogs (all while enjoying some delicious Chinese food!). Adam holds a few secret talents, including public speaking and singing in front of crowds with some Karaoke! With all of this charisma, we are excited to see how Adam continues to lead and grow in his career with Bee Line.
Rosa Reteguin
South Day Area Manager
Rosa is an appreciated leader on our South team, helping to expertly handle our clients' requests and to lead and onboard new team members. When on the job, Rosa can be seen assisting employees and managing facilities across the west region. Her Mexican heritage plays a huge role in her everyday life from singing along to Regional Mexican Music and eating delicious Mexican-inspired cuisine. To relax while outside of work, Rosa loves to spend time with her family and travel to the beach. Rosa has been with Bee Line since 2017 and is looking forward to completing many personal goals as she continues growing in her career with our team.
Maria Rojas
South Area Manager
Maria has been with Bee Line since 2019 and is now a dynamic leader, managing employees and clients within our South Region. With her adventurous spirit, Maria enjoys traveling, especially to her favorite place, Cancun. She loves attending concerts and dancing to her favorite singer, Marco Antonio Solís. When asked what Maria is looking forward to in the coming years, she responded, “The sky is the limit!” We can’t wait to see Maria continue to grow with Bee Line.
Michael Yaroshenko
East Area Manager
Michael Yaroshenko is our all-star East Area Manager and is a shining example of hard work on the Bee Line team! When Michael has time to kick back and relax, he enjoys spending time with his three kids and two grandchildren. He also enjoys working on cars and listening to his favorite bands- Pink Floyd and the Eagles. Michael's favorite part about his role is planning and executing brand-new start-ups.
Halina Kosmider
East Area Manager
Halina is one of our devoted Area Managers who has risen through the ranks, starting in 2015, and is now leading employees within our East Region. Outside of work, Halina loves spending time with her two kids, crafting, and tending to her flowers. Some of Halina’s favorites include 80s music, Italian food, and traveling anywhere across the ocean. In this new role, Halina hopes to fulfill several goals she has set for herself.
Tuane Almeida
Executive Assistant
Tuane is our Executive Assistant who greets everyone as they enter the Bee Line office. She handles a wide variety of operational tasks spanning across all departments. Tuane grew up in Brazil and loves to go back home to see family and cheer on her favorite soccer team, Gremio. Outside of work Tuane enjoys taking her dog Malakhai for walks and spending time at home with her fiancé and cat Kobe. In this new role, Tuane is looking forward to supporting the different departments and contributing to their success.

Bee Line's Good Girl: Moose
Moose is Bee Line’s spunkiest four-legged friend and office greeting committee! She’s an energetic Doberman with a love for treats. For fun, Moose enjoys running around the Bee Line lawn, stealing food off of tables when no one’s watching, and receiving lots of belly rubs and attention from her many admirers!
