Our Culture
At Bee Line, our workforce is not like most. Thanks to diligent hiring principles, we only hire the best out there, and have many long-tenured employees thanks to our supportive environment. We train everyone from the ground-up and always try to promote from within.
Our Core Values
We don’t just clean facilities. We act as the frontline of defense. That’s why we approach every site like they’re our own family, and put our all into getting the job done right, every time.
Reliability and accountability are the backbones of our business, which is why anything less than 100% simply won’t cut it.
It’s our job to take ownership of everything we do, which means if you wouldn’t put your name on it, improve it.
Strength lies in our differences, not in our similarities. We embrace it, promote it, hire for it, learn from it, and succeed from it.
Infection Control never stops evolving, and neither does Bee Line. That’s why we approach our business with the big-picture mentality of a corporation, and the adaptability of a start-up. This allows us to spot trends, spark change, and make a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
