Luz Rodriguez (Janitor to HR Representative)
Luz is a true testament to promoting from within! Luz was hired in 2019 as a part-time cleaner. Throughout the past years, Luz joined the HR Team due to her experience and is now an HR Representative! Luz continues to learn, strives to exceed goals, and does it always with a smile. We're excited to see how much more she can grow!
Jovanni Lazaro (Area Manager to Project Manager)
Jovanni's career at Bee Line begins Summer of 2008. He begins as part of the Project Team. By 2012 his leadership skills are recognized as a Lead Project Team Member. In 2016 Jovanni is promoted to an Area Manager handling a portfolio of medical, schools offices, and bank locations. But his heart was always in Projects. His eyes light up when he talks about floor care, carpet cleaning, and construction clean-ups. By 2018 when the opportunity arises Jovanni was first in line to be considered to lead the Project Team as the Project Manager. Jovanni offers great communication, leadership, and organizational skills. His focus is on building a great team of comradery and respect. We are excited to see Jovanni's continued success!
Halina Kosmider (Janitor to Area Manager)
Halina began her career with Bee Line as a Janitor in 2016 and was assigned to a multi-tenant building. After frequently being recognized for a job well done by management promoted Halina to a Support Team Member in 2019, and then an Area Manager in 2024! She has proven to be a wonderful example of Bee Line's values, is a self-starter, provides high-quality service and is 100% reliable. It is a great honor to have Halina part of the Bee Line frontline of defense!
Bertha Bonilla (Janitor to Team Lead)
Bertha Bonilla had been working as a cleaner since 2016 in the Siemens Buffalo Grove account, a large corporate account for Bee Line. During that time, she constantly helped cover additional hours if others were out and trained new hires! In December 2019, when the Team Lead at the time resigned, he nominated Bertha Bonilla for the role. He explained that she had great communication with the team, she was reliable and always willing to learn more. Ms. Bonilla was promptly promoted and has been leading the Siemens Buffalo Grove team ever since!

Gina Haynes (Janitor to Support Team Member)
Gina is a shining example of our value of promoting from within! She began with Bee Line as a part-time Janitor in 2014, and over that time always naturally connected with clients, visitors, and team members alike. Gina is always smiling- it's contagious! She has always brought that positive outlook towards any challenge or task any day of the week, and it was quickly recognized. By July 2018, Gina decided to leave her long-term job of 29 years to join the Bee Line Team full-time as one of our Support Team Members! We are honored that she chose to join us permanently and are so excited to see her continue to grow within Bee Line!
