Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude to join
our growing team! This position requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and work independently. Strong
phone communication skills are essential.
Primary responsibilities include analyzing billable project quotes and ledgers, preparing
and collecting quotes, tracking commissions, and handling follow-ups and collections.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage quote tracking reports, ensuring accuracy and
completeness. - Develop strategies to reduce missing details on quotes and improve customer
response times. - Work collaboratively with the team to support the overall revenue generation.
- Seeking guidance from the VP of Operations and colleagues to resolve complex
issues. - Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to both
internal and external clients. - Track sales commissions and submit reports to the Controller for payment
processing. - Communicate with customers via text, email, and phone calls regarding work
requests and project-related solutions. - Conduct daily follow-ups with customers and the field team.
- Generate reports on billable project work status as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365.

Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a
related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
