As we head into the new year, we want to take the time to reflect on everything Bee Line accomplished in 2022.
We kicked off 2022 with our new Employee Recognition Program, where we’re able to recognize our team members for awards and their anniversaries!
Our recruiting team came up with new ideas for finding amazing candidates! We started with “Day in the Life” videos explaining the different roles that new team members could take on. We were able to award over $20,000 to our employees that participated in Bee Line’s Referral Program! And we made sure to promote our jobs throughout Chicagoland.
Bee Line’s corporate and management team were able to attend several networking events. Our CEO, Jamie Henry, was selected to be a keynote speaker at her alma mater, Flagler College! And we attended our industry conferences in Louisville and Chicago.
We were able to spotlight our hardworking employees every week and chose 12 team members of the month, along with a team member of the year!
Bee Line was recognized as a leader in our industry by winning various awards. And we’ve set ourselves apart by adding an operating room to our onsite training center.
We made sure to have fun through team bonding activities like a Minute to Win It competition, pickleball breaks in the summer, and a gingerbread house contest!
Most importantly, we were able to celebrate our team members all year long! On “Thank Your Cleaner Day,” our management took time to show their gratitude for their teams. And we were able to host a summer company picnic for our employees and their families!
