One of our key pillars here at Bee Line is our high regard for training our teams. To help us uphold this standard, we built our very own Medical Cleaning Training Center so we can provide immediate, hands-on Infection Prevention training. This year, we added a brand new mock Operating Room (O.R) as we knew we wanted another space to train our employees on how to sterilize rooms as crucial as an O.R.
And what better way to mark this milestone than with a grand opening party! On June 1st, we welcomed our clients, colleagues, and healthcare leaders to our headquarters for a fun-filled event. Guests had the chance to network with fellow professionals while getting personal tours of our brand-new training facility.
The excitement didn’t stop there! We had two incredible speakers join us. Mary Cole from Joint Commission Resources shared valuable insights on commonly cited standards, deficiencies, and compliance strategies. Larinda Becker from Diversey shared ways to solve today’s problems of not having enough labor or time.
It was a phenomenal event learning about the latest cleaning techniques and infection prevention technologies from experts in their field. We’re grateful for everyone who attended, our generous sponsors, and the amazing employees who helped make this event possible.
When Jamie Henry, Bee Line’s founder, started the company in 1997, her vision was to become a trusted commercial cleaning company for healthcare networks. Now, Bee Line proudly services multiple healthcare networks across the Midwest. Jamie has built Bee Line to become a top medical-grade cleaning company.
The Medical Cleaning Training Center has played a pivotal role in this journey, enabling us to effectively train our managers and frontline workers. With the guidance of our ASHE-certified Safety and Compliance Manager, Tom Klimaszewski, we continue to provide comprehensive training to ensure the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way as we strive to be the leading medical-grade cleaning company in the industry.
