NEW POLICY – EFFECTIVE 10/1/2025

Employees will be eligible for a $100 Referral Bonus when their referral is successfully hired in any front-line position. To qualify, the following criteria must be met:

  • The candidate must provide the full name and employee number of the referring employee no later than the interview stage.

  • The new hire must successfully complete 90 days of employment.

  • The bonus will be issued to the referring employee in the payroll following the 90-day milestone.

  • All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.

Note: The Recruitment and Management teams are excluded from this program. To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referring employee must be a current employee. Referring former employees for rehire are excluded from bonus.
